Ms. Smart serves “Discover New Dimensions” Productions with years of leadership experience as an Executive Director within the entertainment and information technology industries.
She has successfully established a comprehensive infrastructure facilitating the strategic planning, development and management of multimillion-dollar international business operations, with specific expertise within the entertainment industry. Productions have included; feature films, television shows, television commercials, live industrial shows and interactive software development.

Ms. Smart has contributed widely to the development, implementation and marketing of worldwide cross-cultural multi-media products and services. Her extensive background is comprised of successful organizational development and leadership skills through her role as the CEO of corporations servicing the domestic and international markets.

Ms. Smart has directed numerous consulting presentations involving the entertainment industry and has been instrumental in the creation of “competitive intelligence marketing” for the production and distribution of domestic and international programming. In this capacity, she has advised management on strategic decisions and operating issues for the expansion of corporate activities within the global marketplace. Currently she is actively involved in extensive Information Technology (IT) business development throughout the United States , Africa and Asia.

Ms. Smart’s extensive engagements with leading organizations offers in-depth knowledge and understanding relating to all aspects and challenges in achieving successful productions, within budget and on-time, and is the core of her distinguished attributes, throughout the global marketplace.

During Ms. Smart’s career, she has been privileged to receive various awards for her involvement in leadership and project development.

DiTEQ Africa Ltd, Collaborative Partnership

DND in association with HealthLine and Uganda based DiTEQ Africa Ltd, have formed a collaborative relationships consisting of Public–Private Partnerships (PPP) with leaders in government agencies and private sector, all of whom continuously seek improvements in healthcare management and delivery, providing access to community-directed interventions for preventative care and infectious disease management. A series of programming highlighting ongoing awareness of the vital needs within the many vulnerable and underserved communities will be produced throughout Africa.

Mr. Musinguzi is an internationally respected business professional and a social entrepreneur known for fostering the people-centric approach to business planning, networking and change management. His passion is in co-creating business models while working with trans-disciplinary teams.

He is a graduate of B.Com (Marketing) from Makerere University-Uganda, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS), UK and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) holder awarded by the prestigious Heriot-Watt University - Edinburg Business School, Scotland.

Mr. Musinguzi has accumulated over 20+ years of day-to-day hands on and strategic experience in Outreach Programmes, Integrated Marketing Communication, Sales Executions, Technology, Innovation, Events Management and General Management.

Mr. Musinguzi interests are in growing healthcare system's interoperability, and promoting policy making, while collaborating with governments, development agencies, international organizations, private sector and academia.
